Our estate in the Valle del Genal provides us with extra virgin olive oil and artisan honey — products that give unique character to every dish.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our extra virgin olive oil comes from centuries-old olive trees on our estate in the Genal Valley. After being harvested by hand at the peak of ripeness, the olives go straight to the Andrés Aguilar oil mill in Linares for processing. This allows us to bring the authentic flavour of the harvest to every event.
Artisan Honey
Artisan honey produced in the hives of our estate, surrounded by wildflowers of the Valle del Genal. A unique flavour you won't find anywhere else.
To bring the very best produce to the table, we grow our own avocados and tomatoes. Our free-range hens give us fresh eggs, ready for our clients.
That is how we close the circle: from the land to the table, with no middlemen, and with the traceability and flavour that only your own produce can give.
